BEXIE GROUP’s residential hybrid inverter and PRO battery system is a UK installer-quote option for households comparing solar storage. The installation image shown here was supplied with permission and edited to tidy the background. It shows a wall-mounted BEXIE GROUP inverter and two PRO-branded battery cabinets; the exact labels and ratings are not readable, so the photographed units should not be treated as confirmed model numbers.
Image note: The featured installation photograph has an edited background. It is an editorial illustration of the installed system, not a wiring or model-identification reference.
What to compare
BEXIE lists a BE3.6–6KW-1PH (LV) single-phase hybrid inverter family and a BXB 5KLV-PRO low-voltage battery. The manufacturer’s battery datasheet gives the BXB 5KLV-PRO a nominal energy rating of 5.12kWh per module. Two modules would total 10.24kWh nominal only if both installed cabinets are this exact model; the photograph does not establish that. Usable capacity, backup output and permissible module count need confirmation in the specified design.
The system is intended to be designed and installed as a matched package. Ask the installer to identify the inverter’s exact kW variant, the battery SKU and quantity, usable capacity, AC output, compatible firmware and controls, and whether a separate changeover or backup arrangement is included. Do not use the photograph to copy an electrical layout.
Monitoring and ownership
BEXIE offers app-based monitoring for its compatible systems. The owner of a recently installed system reported that the app looks clear and functions well in early use. This is an owner’s initial impression, not a test by The Tools and Tech or evidence of long-term reliability. Ask the installer to demonstrate live generation, battery charge, grid flow, alerts and account ownership at handover, and to explain what monitoring still works if cloud access is unavailable.
Warranty, installation and price
The BEXIE battery datasheet advertises a 15-year limited warranty with conditions, including annual maintenance by BEXIE-certified professionals. Confirm the current UK warranty document, installer obligations, labour coverage, registration requirements and support route in writing before committing. The manufacturer’s product pages use a quote route; there is no verified public installed price for the pictured system, so our Solar System Builder leaves its price blank.
For a UK supply and installation enquiry, Infinity Renewables’ BEXIE page offers an installer quote route. Its described backup and design features apply to the quoted installation, so specify backup loads and included hardware. You can also review the manufacturer battery page and inverter range before seeking a written itemised quote. These are research and enquiry links, not verified commission-tracked offers.
Our view
BEXIE is worth considering if a competent installer can document the exact compatible equipment, backup design, current warranty and after-sales support. Compare a complete installed quote with the other options in our home battery comparison and solar inverter comparison. We have not conducted a hands-on review or independently verified the pictured units’ model labels.
