Pack for a real use case
Short city break: charger, cable and a small power bank. Long trip: add a tracker and charging organiser. Working while travelling: prioritise laptop power requirements, a reliable mouse and a stand that fits the laptop. Buy only what you will actually use.
Safety and compatibility
Airlines commonly restrict spare lithium batteries and power banks in checked luggage; review the current carrier and airport rules before flying. For chargers, check total output, local sockets, USB-C PD support and the device’s actual charging requirement. A luggage tracker cannot guarantee recovery or replace secure baggage practices.

What made our travel shortlist
We filtered travel accessories by three problems that recur on real journeys: charging without carrying several bulky plugs, locating a bag without assuming the tracker is a GPS device, and protecting documents or data when moving between hotels, trains and airports. That is why a reliable USB-C charger, a compatible tracker and a sensible power bank rank above novelty gadgets for most travellers.
Our comparison separates capacity from output. A 10,000 mAh power bank may be convenient for a phone but cannot be assumed to support a USB-C laptop at its required wattage. A multi-port charger might advertise a high combined output yet deliver less to a laptop once a second device is connected. A tracker depends on its surrounding finding network; it is not a substitute for luggage identification or airline baggage procedures.
Our recommendation: list every device, connector and charging wattage before choosing a single charger and cable set. Check your specific airline’s rules for spare lithium batteries and the country-specific plug arrangement. We have compared published capabilities and travel constraints, not performed battery-runtime or baggage-recovery tests.
Travel safety reference: UK Civil Aviation Authority baggage guidance; always follow your airline’s current restrictions.
